Not a course. Not a rabbit hole. A real 90-minute one-on-one session with someone who does this every day, sitting next to you, answering your questions exactly as they come up — you leave with a plan and one thing already running.
Sound familiar?
You've maybe sat through a Coursera or Udemy AI course, spent hours on it, and felt none the wiser. By the time those programs are recorded and uploaded, the information is already old. You need a real person, in real time.
You're copy-pasting data, rewriting the same emails, and building the same reports every week. Hours of your life going to work a computer should be doing for you.
You're nervous about what happens to your data when you use AI. Even the head of America's cybersecurity agency accidentally leaked sensitive files to ChatGPT. It happens to everyone.
How It Works
Not a form, not a questionnaire. I sit next to you and see where the minutes actually go.
Not the flashiest tool. The one that gives you time back this week.
No slide deck of ideas. One thing built, tested, working.
How I Help
Start with the 1-on-1 modules, the 1-on-1 efficiency session, or both. Every session is hands-on and built around your actual work.
Find 2–4 hours hiding in your week
We go through your actual job — the inbox, the scheduling, the report you rebuild every month. You leave with a plan and one automation already built and running. No code, no jargon, your work, not a demo.
If we don't save you the hours, you don't pay.
Start here if you want to get comfortable first
One-on-one, 60 minutes each, $50 per session. Take them in order or pick the one you need.
In-Person Sessions
Online courses move too fast, go out of date before they're even uploaded, and can't answer your specific question. I sit next to you for a full 60-minute session — at a coffee shop, a library room, or your office — and we work on your actual situation together. It's also just nicer to learn from another human being.
Group sessions and workplace team trainings available. If you're bringing AI to your office, let's do it right.

I'm not a developer, an engineer, or a tech insider. I'm an administrator — the kind of person who spends their day coordinating programs, managing data, and trying to keep up with a relentless pile of tasks.
A few years ago I started using AI tools seriously, and everything changed. I automated most of my own workload. I built tools my team uses every day. I got my hours back. And I did all of it without writing a single line of code.
Most people only know ChatGPT — and barely scratch the surface. They've never heard of Claude. They don't know AI agents exist. And they have no idea how to safely bring any of this into their workplace. That's the exact gap I help close.
I started ClearDesk AI because I believe everyone deserves a real person sitting next to them — not another rabbit hole to fall into. Someone who looks at your actual job, your actual week, and says: here's exactly what to do.
What people say
Every quote below comes from someone who sat down with me for an hour and walked away with something working. No stock photos, no invented names.
“Quote from your first session goes here — ask them what they’d tell a friend about the hour, then write down exactly what they say.”

“Second quote. The strongest ones name a specific task and a specific number of hours — keep those and cut the rest.”
First nameWhat they do
“Third quote. If someone gives you a referral as well as a quote, that is the one to put first.”
First nameWhat they do
“Fourth quote goes here. Ask what almost stopped them from booking, then how they felt after.”
